We work in collaboration with our clients to provide a range of options, and once their desired aircraft and route is chosen, and price agreed, we undertake the correct contractual obligations. The signed contract will then lock in the requested flight with the client then completing payment prior to departure, with any optional extras such as bespoke catering or ground transportation, included in the final bill.
The client will subsequently be sent a charter itinerary with all the details about their flight, including departure details and the specific private terminal (Fixed Based Operator) to attend and catch their flight from.
