Minimum age: 5 years old
No food and drinks allowed during flight.
No professional cameras allowed during flight. Only mobile and small cameras are allowed.

All passengers will be weighed at check-in.
Booking:
- Passengers’ documents (passports/ QID) must be received at least 72 hours prior to the flight.
- Flight is subject to Aircraft/ Crew Availability and Air Traffic Control (ATC) Clearance
- Once flight availability is confirmed, full payment should be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled flight.
- All passengers must be at the airport 1 hour prior to their scheduled flight time.
- Qatari Nationals and Residents have to provide two-sided copies of their QIDs (Qatari ID)
- Non-Residents/ Foreign Tourists have to provide copies of their Passports + Hayya Card (if any)
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation is not available from November 15 to December 31, 2022.
- Flight may be cancelled or delayed at short notice in the event of poor weather conditions (such as extreme heat or windy days) or other external factors out of our reasonable control. In case of cancellation because of these factors, flight may be rescheduled to the next flyable weather day or be refunded.
